At Urrban Hub ("we", "our", or "us"), customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of the product being delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.

  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

  • Personal care, hygiene, or customized products (if applicable).

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@urrbanhub.co with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund at no additional cost.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@urrbanhub.co.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • The refund may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your refund has not been received after this period, please contact your bank or payment provider first before reaching out to us.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping costs.

  • For all other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
